Private Money Management

Our fee based registered investment advisory services offered through RK Asset Management are designed for use with your mutual funds, annuities, stocks and bonds. By providing a low annual fee for assets under management rather than charging traditional commissions, we will be able to help provide you with a cost effective solution to consistent professional money management. The different programs offered are:

1. Financial Asset Builder
Financial Asset Builder is an Advisory Investment account which eliminates all sales commissions from transactions. Commissions are replaced with a quarterly fee compensation - paid as a percentage of assets.

  • Equities, bonds and mutual funds may be purchased in the same account.
  • You may buy and sell No-Load and i-share (load waived) mutual funds.
  • You may transfer in load shares purchased from other agents.
  • Many mutual funds trade without a transaction fee.
  • Bond trading inventory available.
  • Online account access.
  • Broad equity research capabilities are provided online.
  • Access to public offerings (IPO's)
  • Quarterly performance evaluation.
Accounts are cleared through through NFS

2. Pro Access
The Pro Access program is a separately managed account asset management program for general securities and fixed income instruments that utilizes approved outside money managers. The managers in this program can be customized by the introducing firm, providing the managers meet the due diligence requirements of the program sponsor. Managers are screened based on the following criteria:

  • Well established and consistent organization
  • Professional and experienced staff
  • An identifiable and disciplined investment philosophy
  • Consistent long term performance
  • Responsiveness to client servicing
Performance reporting and portfolio management reporting are available for accounts enrolled in this program as well.
